The Financial Conduct Authority expects any intermediary to disclose to the customer that a commission may be payable by the owner or creditor to the intermediary, and, if the customer asks, the amount of that commission. The Financial Conduct Authority has made it clear that "commission" means any financial consideration.
Rivervale Cars Limited t/a 1st Choice Vehicle Finance are a credit broker, not a lender. We do not provide independent financial advice. We introduce business to a carefully selected limited panel of lenders, who may pay us for introducing you to them. We are not linked to any of our lending panel members.
We will receive commission and / or quality derived bonus for introducing you to one of our panel of lenders. The amounts that we receive may vary and the higher the amount paid, the more you will pay to hire your vehicle.
If you would like us to disclose any potential commission that we earn whilst arranging your lease agreement you can request this from us at any point prior to delivery of your vehicle by emailing to [email protected]. We will respond within 7 days of your request.
